2. Payment Terms

All payments made for services are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is made and the work has begun or been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the project scope.
Clients are encouraged to clarify all service details, deliverables, and timelines before making any payment.

3. Service Fee Adjustments

The pricing of my services is subject to change without prior notice.
Service fees may increase periodically based on:
- Market demand
- Cost of living and inflation
- Complexity of the project or ad spend handled

Clients are advised to confirm the latest pricing before initiating any new project or service renewal.

4. Client Responsibility for Account Access

Clients are fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of their own account credentials, including:
- Email accounts
- Google Ads accounts
- Facebook Business Manager accounts
I will never share, sell, or misuse client credentials, and any breach or unauthorized access due to weak password management or third-party interference is solely the client’s responsibility.

5. Communication and Delivery

All communication regarding projects will be done through official channels such as email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls.
Delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of onboarding and may vary depending on the service type and client requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, ad copies, and reports generated during a project will be shared with the client.
However, any tools, strategies, templates, or proprietary systems used during service delivery will remain the intellectual property of Manik Paik, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate a project or working relationship with any client if:

The client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior.
The client fails to make timely payments.
There is misuse or misrepresentation of the services provided.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will not be held liable for any:

Loss of revenue, business, or reputation due to ad performance
Platform issues (such as ad disapprovals or algorithm changes)
Delays caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Clients understand that digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many external factors, and while I strive for optimal results, guarantees cannot be made.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients are advised to review this page periodically for the latest version. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
